Our initial consultation is an opportunity for us to learn about your story and journey as a couple. Who you are individually and together inspires us. It’s what will bring uniqueness to your wedding.
It’s important to us that we understand what your vision is for your wedding. We’ll ask you to share images of anything that inspires you, including colour palettes, event designs, architecture, places around the world, etc. This insight will help build the design of your wedding.
We strive to share the love story of our couples through the atmosphere we create at their wedding.
We provide design and decor services for all types of events including weddings, receptions, pre-wedding events, birthdays, corporate events, styled shoots, product launches, etc.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
The first step is to book a consultation with us to go over your event(s). During the consultation we will ask you various questions about the event and your vision. Subsequent to the consultation, we will provide you with an initial quote.
How Can We Get a Quote?
In order to book with us, we require a 50% deposit of the invoice amount. We are unable to hold any dates for clients and a booking is not confirmed until the full deposit amount is provided.

What Should We Prepare for the Initial Consultation?
The first consultation is an exploratory conversation and the level of detail you share with us is based on where you are in your wedding or event planning. If you have a refined design vision, event details, guest counts, venues, etc., it will allow us to provide you with a quote after the first discussion.
If the details are still vague, we will work with you to develop a vision so there’s no pressure to have anything prepared! It is often preferred that all the vision details are not figured out because you will get the most unique result by working with our designers to develop the vibe.
Should We Have a Budget Prepared?
Yes! Creating a budget for decor is important because it provides your design team a clear understanding of the depth of decor you are seeking. We suggest creating a budget range so that you and the designer have flexibility within the vision.
What Should We Consider When Creating a Budget?
Take into consideration your vision, depth of decor, guest count, venue, etc. For example, design specifications that include a ceiling installation, tablescape, fresh flowers, custom designs, etc. are elements that should be taken into consideration when determining your budget range. Take a look at our Collections page on our website to see the minimum spend we have in place for events. The minimum spend list provides a baseline for clients that are having an intimate wedding and are seeking a minimalistic design.
